Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee
engineering activities and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee engineering activities, make technical decisions, and
assist in coding as needed
Lead client presentations and discussions on technical strategy and
project milestones
Coach and mentor technology team members while fostering a
collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
6+ years of full-stack experience with expertise in Node.js and/or
Python
Experience with modern Typescript frameworks (React, React Native,
Nest)
1+ years in a Lead role, preferably in an agency setting
Experience creating REST and GraphQL APIs with various databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developing React-based UI
toolkits
