Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager to
support utility partnerships and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage program launches and coordinate activities with clients and
internal teams
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their
goals and resolve operational challenges
Prepare client reports and facilitate communication among
stakeholders to ensure program success
Required Qualifications and Education
2-3 years of professional experience in technology services or
customer success, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, or
related industries
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple
high-priority projects
A BS or BA degree
Willingness to handle after-hours emergency client escalations as
needed
