Job Description:
A company is looking for a Producing Sales Manager to lead a
team in the Premier business segment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and maintain strong broker relationships in
the assigned market
Provide resources, training, and coaching to the Premier Sales
Executive team
Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue while ensuring
profitability
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of group insurance sales experience
Established relationships with the broker/consultant community
Strong financial acumen and ability to learn group insurance
products
Ability to obtain a state Group Life and health insurance license
within 30 days of hire
