Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sr Associate to deliver
remote hardware and software support services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 remote support for hardware, software, and
enterprise systems
Act as an escalation point for incidents and basic problems,
ensuring service level requirements are met
Participate in project activities and respond to service outages,
while maintaining standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
University degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Strong knowledge of ITIL Modules, including Incident, Change, and
Problem Management
Ability to support multiple clients and technologies
Must be eligible for required authorizations from the U.S.
Government due to export control regulations
