Job Description:

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage calls and provide customer service for home services clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain call control while providing exceptional and efficient service
Follow account specific instructions including scripted verbiage and appointment scheduling
Notate accurate information and escalate challenges appropriately

Required Qualifications

Available to work weekends and holiday shifts
Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
Must complete a criminal background check and drug screen
