Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Support to lead and enhance
their support function for a growing community of creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Set and achieve clear goals regarding service level agreements
(SLA) based on customer tiers
Optimize the use of Zendesk and other tools to improve efficiency
and productivity
Collaborate with the product team to translate customer feedback
into actionable updates and manage projects from start to
finish
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a support function within a hyper-growth
organization
Deep experience implementing and customizing Zendesk for
operational excellence
Strong project management skills with a bias towards action
Experience in building and managing a diverse, high-performing
team
Some level of programming skills is a plus
