Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Support Specialist III to
provide high-level technical support and enhance customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex technical issues related to API, SAML/SCIM, and
integrations for enterprise customers
Develop and maintain resources and documentation for the developer
community
Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and
optimize product usage
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Support, Engineering, or similar
technology fields
2+ years of experience with integration support or internal agent
support
1+ year of coding and development experience or equivalent
education
Experience with SAML/SSO/SCIM integration setup and
troubleshooting
Salesforce administration experience is a bonus
