Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learner Success, Strategist I to
support learners in overcoming barriers to program completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor At-Risk reports to provide support to learners
Collaborate with local communities and organizations to develop
resources for learners
Engage with assigned learners to provide coaching on goal setting
and academic success
Required Qualifications and Education:
A Master's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in
counseling, social work, education, psychology, or a related
field
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in higher education, counseling, or social work is
preferred
Experience in documentation of case management is preferred
