Job Description:

Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of marine diesel engines with limited or no supervision in a highly skilled, safe, and professional manner in our Service Department.
Duties would include:
Maintenance and repair of marine diesel engines using a high degree of independent judgment.
Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance.
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed.Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.Organizational skills and keeping work space clean.Possess a strong work ethic; be an initiative-taker; good communication skills; and able to work independently as well as with a team.Other duties assigned as needed.


Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience repairing/maintaining diesel engines.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
Must own your own vehicle and tools.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
