Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Consultant (Remote) to
facilitate and improve team performance through coaching and
training.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate team member performance to enhance client
service and call effectiveness
Identify training needs and align training/coaching based on
performance evaluations
Create training materials and facilitate learning opportunities to
achieve business goals
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred or equivalent
experience
3-5 years of training and coaching experience
3-5 years of call center experience
3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
3-5 years of experience in the education industry (e.g.,
Admissions, Student Support)
